Salary: $2,800 – $3,000
Location: Commonwealth (Near MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.45pm

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily sales administrative support to the Business Development team.
• Prepare sales quotations and follow up with customers on quotations and orders.
• Process customer purchase orders and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone and email.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Follow up on order status and assist in resolving customer enquiries or order-related issues.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales administration or sales support.
• Hands-on experience in preparing sales quotations, processing purchase orders and handling customer enquiries is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
