Full Time Telco Product Owner Jobs, in Systems Limited - APAC Federal Territory - Maukerja

The Telco Product Owner is responsible for owning and driving end-to-end product delivery for telecom solutions, including OSS, BSS Systems. The role bridges business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure scalable, customer-centric, and commercially viable telco products.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for telco OSS/BSS applications
• Translate business, regulatory, and customer requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, UX, and engineering teams to deliver value-driven solutions
• Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with telco transformation initiatives
• Support integration with network, charging, provisioning, and third-party systems
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure compliance with telco standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
• Track KPIs, product performance, and continuously optimize customer experience and revenue outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10 years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst in the telecommunications domain
• Strong hands-on experience with OSS/BSS Applications
• Solid understanding of end-to-end telco processes (Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Activate, Trouble-to-Resolve, Bill-to-Cash)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in complex, multi-vendor and system-integrated environments
• Product Owner / Scrum certifications (CSPO, PMI PBA, SAFe PO/PM)
• Experience with digital telco transformation and cloud-based platforms
• Prior experience working with Tier-1 telecom operators
• Experience in large-scale telco transformation or migration programs
