- Lead the team and manage team’s morale.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints.
- Manage and coordinate to ensure smooth service performance.
- Manage any troubleshooting at outlet level and make decision at supervisory level.
- Coordinate with marketing executive for promotional event.
- Staff training of new/existing staff.
- Communicate with team through regular briefing about the standards and business requirements to be delivered.
