Full Time Photographer - Videographer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,600 in Laurea People's Signature Selangor - Maukerja

Role Overview

Plan and capture high-quality video footage for corporate communications, events, products and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs into shoot concepts, storyboards, shot lists and practical production plans.
• Capture interviews, corporate footage, event coverage, product videos and short-form social media content.
• Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, tripods and stabilisation equipment.
• Control composition, exposure, focus, lighting and audio quality throughout each shoot.
• Coordinate shoot arrangements with internal teams, talent and event personnel.
• Capture sufficient coverage and supporting footage for editors, following brand and platform requirements.
• Back up, label and organise footage; hand over clear production notes and project assets.
• Care for production equipment and assist with basic editing or footage selection when required.

Requirements and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Film Production, Videography, Multimedia, Broadcasting or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience and a showreel demonstrating corporate, event or commercial work.
• Hands-on knowledge of DSLR, mirrorless or professional video cameras, lighting and sound recording.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling and shooting for landscape and vertical video formats.
• Ability to solve on-site production issues, collaborate effectively and meet shoot schedules.
• Willingness to travel for shoots and support occasional evening or weekend events when required.

Added Advantages

Product photography, basic colour correction, editing software and experience in an agency or events environment are advantages.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
