Full Time Project Quantity Surveyor [SL] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in WECRUIT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract terms.

Prepare tender documents and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Monitor project expenditure and identify potential cost overruns.

Manage progress claims, variation orders, payments, and final accounts.

Review subcontractor claims and invoices to ensure accuracy.

Liaise with project managers, site teams, consultants, and suppliers on contractual matters.

Prepare cost reports and maintain proper project records.

Support cost control and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.

Carry out other duties as required.
