Full Time Sales Coordinator & E-commerce Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in One2deal Selangor - Maukerja

• Experience in e-commerce platform operations and website maintenance is preferred.

• Solid hands-on experience with Shopee Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools.

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

• Experience with TCG, toys, or collectibles is highly preferred.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

Sales Coordination & Customer Service

• Manage daily walk-in customer operations at the TCG & Toy Store.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance with product information and purchases.

• Support daily sales operations, including order processing, packing, and customer service handling.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

E-Commerce Operations

• Manage daily online operations across websites, Shopee, TikTok, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Handle product listings, banner updates, content postings, promotions, and image and video updates.

• Optimize the website front-end and online storefront displays to enhance customer experience.

• Ensure product information and promotional content are updated accurately.

Digital Marketing & Sales Campaigns

• Work closely with the team leader to implement sales campaigns.

• Support digital advertising activities across Shopee Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.

• Assist in monitoring online performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools.

System & Reporting Coordination

• Coordinate with the IT team on system issues and enhancements.

• Work with the Accounts Department on sales reporting.

• Provide general operational support to ensure smooth daily departmental activities.
