Our client is a well-established company specialised in private home, commercial lifts and escalators. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for
Project Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Support in project coordinator and smooth progress of works.
Identify defects and follow up on QA/QC matters.
Provide regular project management reports for Work in Progress (WIP) review.
Coordinate and manage activities of the vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct regular site walks and manage work schedules to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of projects.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
Gather necessary resources to ensure the overall progression of works and follow up on meetings with respective parties to ensure the schedule of works is delivered to achieve expectations.
Work with the team members to prepare OMM and handover certificates for assigned projects.
Requirement:
Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Min 3 years of experience in Lift / Construction or similar industry
A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
