Job Description
Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations for general building and structural works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements and project schedules.
Coordinate with consultants, Resident Engineers, Clerk-of-Works, surveyors and internal M&E and architectural teams to resolve technical issues and prevent clashes between trades.
Lead and coordinate site supervisors and subcontractors, monitor work progress, manage manpower and equipment resources, and ensure works are completed safely and on schedule.
Review construction drawings and technical documents, coordinate inspections and site meetings, and ensure all subcontractors work with the latest approved drawings and specifications.
Oversee site housekeeping, equipment readiness and EHS compliance, promptly reporting construction issues, delays and subcontractor conflicts to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of construction industry experience in a
Large-Scale Building or Infrastructure Projects.
Proficient in construction drawings and site coordination; experience with
AutoCAD and BIM software.
