Responsibilities
Lead the Automation & IT function, managing resources and ensuring operational goals are met.
Own and manage Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing systems, including ERP, MES, BMS, ASRS, PLCs, and automated equipment.
Support installation, commissioning, testing, verification, and troubleshooting of automation systems and capital projects.
Manage automation/IT projects from scope, budgeting, scheduling, implementation through testing and commissioning.
Develop and execute maintenance, calibration, functional testing, and spare parts strategies.
Lead troubleshooting, failure investigations, and CAPA activities.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
5–7 years of automation engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP, MES, PLC, BMS, Industry 4.0, and plant start-up is preferred.
Independent, organized, able to manage priorities, and a strong team player.
