Billing Executive (8 months contract)

As a Billing Executive, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and accurate billing operations while driving process improvements and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with business units to provide billing support, analysis, and advisory services.
• Manage month-end and year-end billing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Ensure billing processes are executed accurately and within stipulated deadlines and contractual requirements.
• Liaise with vendors on billing matters, including dispute resolution and compliance with billing frameworks.
• Review and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational agility.
• Gather, analyse, and interpret data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and billing-related issues.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for management and stakeholders.
• Support initiatives involving process automation, reporting enhancements, and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in billing, finance operations, accounts receivable, or a related function.
• Meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy and ownership.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and managing multiple priorities within tight timelines.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong accountability, and a proactive approach.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Able to identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive change.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot, Tableau, or similar dashboarding platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools and data visualization solutions is advantageous.
• Experience with Workday or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools or scripting languages such as Python, VBA, or Power Automate will be an added advantage.

Working Location: Hybrid work arrangement across our client's offices at Mapletree Business City (Pasir Panjang)and Punggol Digital District, depending on business requirements.

Salary : S$4000.00 – S$5500.00
