Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management).

3-5 years of proven experience in a site supervision or similar role within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site.

Ensure all work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.

Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and site personnel.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on the construction site.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress logs.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding site operations.
