Key Responsibilities

• Support enhancements to the HR system’s Performance Management module, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, user guide updates, and go-live communications.

• Assist with internal and external audits through data collation, verification, and stakeholder coordination.

• Conduct HR data validation, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and consolidate HR reports, audit submissions, and union-related data.

• Liaise with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to gather information, track deliverables, and support HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources or any other relevant discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and PivotTables.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
