Full Time Purchasing Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Semarak MNE Selangor - Maukerja

Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance & Accounting, Quantity Survey, Engineering or any related discipline.

1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement, planning, contract management and negotiation preferred

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Good negotiation & analytical skills, written & verbal communication with supplier & subcontractor (English and Mandarin).

Good knowledge of procurement processes & strategies, delivery & inventory management.

Initiative, self-driven, with strong values of integrity, cost and time effectiveness

Send enquiry / request for quotations, evaluate suppliers to obtain the best pricing, compliance of quality & specification and delivery, comparisons & analysis for management approval

Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers & subcontractor

Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier database, and documentation.

Procure according to engineering drawings, BOMs and project schedules, and flag delays or risks early
