Full Time HR Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in PGH Group Trading Selangor - Maukerja

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience in HR administration, payroll or recruitment is an advantage.

• Familiar with Malaysian labour laws, EPF, SOCSO and EIS requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Good communication, organisational and time management skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.

HR Administration & Recruitment

• Manage employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.

• Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements and employee onboarding.

• Prepare employment letters, contracts and other HR documents.

Payroll & Compliance

• Assist with monthly payroll, overtime calculations and statutory contributions.

• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Malaysian labour regulations.

• Maintain accurate employee information and HR reports.

General Administration

• Support daily office operations and administrative activities.

• Coordinate employee enquiries and internal HR matters.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
