Responsibilities
Workflow Management
: Create staff schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure daily production or service targets are met.
Performance Monitoring
: Track employee productivity, conduct performance evaluations, and provide regular coaching or feedback.
Training & Onboarding
: Teach new hires company policies, standard operating procedures, and job-specific skills.
Policy & Safety Enforcement

Problem & Conflict Resolution
: Handle on-the-spot operational challenges, customer complaints, and staff disputes.
