Responsibilities
Medley Music Academy seeks an Front Desk and Admin personnel to attend to students and parents on a day-to-day basis. This position requires an responsible individual who is able to multi-task and always think ahead. Besides being at the front line of operations, this individual also takes care of back-end administrative tasks like dealing with accountant (daily sales report), landlord (patronage report) as well as external vendors (books order, piano tuning) etc
If you are a committed individual, have a friendly disposition, and is able to maintain a standard of professionalism in your work, we welcome you to join us.
Knowledge/interest in music is an advantage.
At least 2 years’ experience in customer service.
Able to commit 2 weekend. Locals preferred.

Located at SAFRA Toa Payoh, Medley Music Academy focuses on providing a holistic music learning education with a strong curriculum to excel in different levels of graded exams through a team of experienced and dedicated teachers who are committed in bringing out the best in their students through fun and engaging music lessons.
