Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design or UX/UI Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of digital products.

• Proven experience in designing end-to-end digital customer journeys and complex product experiences.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, information architecture and usability.

• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent.

• Experience conducting or collaborating on user research, usability testing and translating customer insights into actionable design improvements.

• Strong understanding of design systems, reusable components and scalable design practices.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive and effective design solutions.
