Salary Range RM 4000 - 4500

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations, covering both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for customers.
• Support food preparation, order taking, food serving, and other daily operational tasks.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing activities and daily shift arrangements.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and help reduce food and operational waste.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Respond to customer feedback and assist in handling service-related concerns.
• Build leadership and team coordination skills through direct involvement in restaurant operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and established operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or F&B industry is required (internship and part-time experience are acceptable).
• Interested in building a long-term career in restaurant management and operations.
• Willing to perform hands-on duties in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
• Able to work in a fast-paced and physically active environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
