About the Employer

An established premium beauty and personal care retail brand operating specialty retail shops in Kuala Lumpur. The company offers a supportive, customer-focused environment with structured product and sales training. The brand name will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Positions Available

1. Beauty Sales Consultant / Beauty Advisor — RM3,000 to RM5,000 per month

2. Store Manager — RM5,000 to RM6,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional product advice.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty and personal care products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

• Keep the retail shop clean, organised and visually presentable.

• Support stock handling, product displays and daily store operations.

• For Store Manager: lead the shop team, plan rosters, monitor sales performance, coach staff and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and SPM school leavers are welcome.

• No experience is required for the Beauty Sales Consultant role; full product and sales training is provided.

• Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers.

• Interest in beauty, personal care and retail sales.

• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• For Store Manager: retail supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

Working Locations

• KLCC / Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

• Pavilion Bukit Jalil

Working Hours

• 6 working days per week

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Shift 2: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• 1-hour rest break
