Full Time Business Development Lawyer (Conveyancing) Jobs, in Hr Pro Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Actively source and secure new conveyancing clients and business opportunities for the firm.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property developers, real estate agents, bankers, property negotiators and other potential referral partners.
• Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed conveyancing files.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to increase the firm's conveyancing business.
• Conduct networking, client meetings and business visits to expand the firm's client base.
• Promote the firm's conveyancing services through marketing and business development activities.
• Maintain existing client relationships and develop new referral networks.
• Monitor sales performance, business leads and revenue generated.
• Work closely with the Conveyancing Department to ensure smooth handover of new files.

Requirements

• Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Experience in conveyancing practice or the legal industry is an advantage.
• Strong sales, networking, communication and negotiation skills.
• Well-connected with property developers, real estate agents or banking professionals will be an advantage.
• Proactive, independent, target-driven and commercially minded.
• Able to work towards monthly and annual business development targets.
