Job Description
Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate production schedules to ensure alignment with customer requirements and delivery timelines.
Liaise with customers and internal departments regarding production planning, order status, delivery schedules and supply-related issues.
Provide regular and ad-hoc updates to customers on production progress and expected delivery dates.
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve planning and delivery issues promptly.
Monitor planning and supply chain performance metrics and assist in identifying the root causes of missed targets.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, delivery performance and operational efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
