Full Time Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in Precious Homes Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

The Operations Executive is based at Precious Homes Lengkok Bahru and is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of Precious Nursing Homes and the Precious Activity Ageing Centres. This role focuses on operational coordination, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and resource management to ensure high-quality care delivery, resident and client well-being, and alignment with organisational standards across both facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across nursing, care, housekeeping, F&B, and support services at Senja Nursing Home and the Activity Ageing Centre to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.

Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to resident/client care, infection control, safety, and facility management for both sites.

Track operational KPIs (e.g. occupancy, staffing levels, attendance, incident reports, audit readiness) and prepare regular reports for management review.

Assist in resource planning, including manpower support, inventory of medical and non-medical supplies, and coordination with vendors for both facilities.

Liaise with internal teams (nursing, clinical, accounts, HR, facilities) and external parties (suppliers, contractors, regulatory bodies) to resolve operational issues promptly.

Support compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, licensing requirements, infection prevention & control protocols, and internal quality standards across both sites.

Assist in preparation for internal and external audits, inspections, and quality assessments.

Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and filing systems for Nursing Homes and the Activity Ageing Centres.

Support the planning and execution of initiatives, projects, facility maintenance works, and improvement initiatives.

Contribute to risk identification, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement efforts across Precious facilities.

Travel between sites as required to support operational needs.

Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or related fields

Minimum 2 years of operations experience but those without experience may apply for entry level role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good in Microsoft office and AI tools

Ability to work independently with initiative
