Full Time Associate, Investment Banking Jobs, Salary up to SGD 20,000 in MORGAN STANLEY ASIA (SINGAPORE) PTE. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description &Requirements

As an Associate, you will be expected to focus on advancing client relationships, creating and analysing financial models, creating client presentations and transaction support.  

Responsibilities:

• Gather company data and operating information on companies 
• Evaluate market data and perform financial modelling to analyse trends and help value companies
• Prepare and present M&A opportunity and business strategy materials for clients
• Be actively involved in execution of high-profile and prominent transactions in the Asia Pacific region  

Requirements:

• Degree from a leading university in Finance or related disciplines with excellent academic results 
• Previous investment banking experience in deal/ transaction support preferred, M&A experience from Big 4 Accounting Firms (or similar) will be considered. 
• Technically sound with practical financial modelling skills 
• An analytical mindset with solid knowledge of accounting, financial and operational concepts 
• Commitment to delivery of highest quality work product 
• Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines 
• Excellent team player with demonstrated good management skills 
• Demonstrate best in class professional integrity 
• Proactive, positive, self-motivated and goal-oriented
