The Role

You'll own the supply side of the planning cycle, keeping the business aligned.

• Translate the sales outlook into forward brewing and packaging requirements, flagging capacity risks early
• Model S&OP what-if scenarios to present the financial and volume implications of each option
• Run cross-functional planning forums to align Sales, Production, and Logistics on a single plan
• Define inventory targets that protect market availability while managing ageing and write-off exposure
• Ready the supply chain for new launches and manage overseas shipments and outsourced packing partners
• Drive continuous improvement projects that simplify planning routines and make performance gaps easier to spot

What We're Looking For

A confident planner who can lead cross-functional conversations and drive decisions.

• A relevant degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Five or more years in a supply chain planning role, ideally within FMCG
• A proven track record in S&OP and medium- to long-term capacity planning
• Experience with product launches, international shipments, or managing outsourced packing operations
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint; FuturMaster or similar tools is a plus
• Working knowledge of TPM, Lean, or a comparable structured improvement framework
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to influence across functions
