Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and hiring coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill manpower requirements within agreed timelines.
Proactively source suitable candidates for vacant positions through various recruitment channels.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews, reference checks and pre-employment arrangements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and fair recruitment practices.
Support recruitment-related initiatives and process improvements.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
No recruitment experience required.
Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple vacancies and work effectively under tight deadlines.
