Full Time Accounts & Admin Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Wah Chan Consolidated Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certificate in Accounting (LCCI, CIMA, or equivalent)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

1–3 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support business needs.

Responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.

Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly management reports and provide accurate financial information for business decision-making.

Perform month-end closing activities, including account reconciliation and review of financial transactions.

Monitor and review expenses, payments, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Assist in preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant parties when required.

Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting documents and records.

Handle administrative matters including documentation, records management, and operational support.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of administrative processes.

Provide support for company projects and ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.
