Job Description

Requirements

  • Data-sensitive, detail-oriented and highly attentive to accuracy.

  • Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and other office software.

  • Well-organized with strong execution and follow-up skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced store environment.

  • Previous experience in administration, data entry, retail or F&B is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and document management for the store.

  • Collect, input and organize store operation data, and prepare basic reports.

  • Assist with inventory, materials and order-related information and follow-up.

  • Support store recruitment and employee onboarding-related tasks.

  • Coordinate with Head Office, suppliers and other departments on daily matters.

  • Assist with other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
