Proven experience as Event Crew or in a similar role within the event production or audio-visual industry, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience.

Possession of a Diploma in a relevant field such as Event Management, Broadcasting or Audio Visual Technology.

Proficiency in setting up and operating audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, lighting, projectors, and screens, ensuring seamless event execution.

Strong understanding of event production processes and logistics, with the ability to assist in the planning, setup, and breakdown of event spaces.

Experience in safe and efficient handling of event equipment, including loading, unloading, and transportation, adhering to company safety protocols.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve event objectives.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by event schedules

Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor, such as lifting and moving equipment, in various event environments.

Assist in the setup and dismantling of audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, lighting, projectors, and screens, according to event specifications and technical riders.

Provide on-site technical support during events, troubleshooting any audio, visual, or lighting issues that may arise to ensure seamless program flow.

Conduct pre-event checks and testing of all equipment to guarantee functionality and identify potential problems before the event commences.

Manage and organize event equipment, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and inventory control to prevent loss or damage.

Collaborate effectively with the event production team, clients, and other crew members to understand event requirements and execute tasks efficiently.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during setup, operation, and dismantling to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.

Operate basic sound and lighting consoles under the guidance of senior technicians during live events.

Transport and load/unload equipment to and from event venues, ensuring safe and organized handling.
