Warehouse & Delivery Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse & Delivery Managerto oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate stock and inventory management. The role will work closely with thePurchasing & Logistics Coordinator, warehouse team to ensure goods are properly received, stored, picked, packed, and delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or delivery management.

  • Experience coordinating closely with logistics or delivery teams.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Able to coordinate multiple deliveries and warehouse activities on a daily basis.

  • Good understanding of stock control and inventory management.

  • Comfortable using computers and inventory/warehouse management systems.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations.

  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

  • Experience supervising warehouse or delivery staff is an advantage.

  • Possess a valid GDL driving licence if required for the role.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily delivery schedules, ensuring all deliveries are arranged and completed on time.

  • Work closely with the Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to plan and coordinate daily deliveries, delivery schedules, routes, and manpower requirements.

  • Communicate closely with the Logistics Coordinator regarding delivery priorities, changes, delays, urgent orders, and any delivery issues.

  • Monitor daily delivery status and follow up on any delays, missing items, or delivery problems.

  • Oversee the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods in the warehouse.

  • Check and maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts to ensure actual stock matches system records.

  • Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, or inventory issues.

  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly recorded and documented.

  • Monitor stock levels and highlight items that are low in stock or require replenishment.

  • Ensure delivery orders are correctly prepared and match the required quantities and items before dispatch.

  • Maintain proper warehouse organization and ensure products are stored safely and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and other departments regarding stock availability and delivery requirements.

  • Supervise warehouse and delivery staff and ensure daily tasks are completed properly.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

  • Prepare regular reports on stock levels, inventory movement, deliveries, and warehouse activities.

  • Take immediate action to resolve warehouse, inventory, and delivery issues and escalate major issues to management when required.

  • Perform other warehouse, logistics, and delivery-related duties as assigned by management.
