• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking students, parents, and staff.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative software.

• Knowledge of social media management is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Student Enrolment & Withdrawal

• Manage student registrations, transfers, and withdrawals.

• Update and maintain accurate student records.

Staff Onboarding & Termination

• Coordinate new staff onboarding, including documentation and orientation.

• Handle staff resignations and ensure proper exit procedures.

Accounts & Invoicing

• Issue invoices, track payments, and handle fee collection.

• Manage financial records, including reconciliation and knock-offs.

Social Media Management (Provisional, Non-Mandatory)

• Assist with basic social media updates and engagement when required.

Parent Communications

• Act as the main point of contact for parents regarding enrolments, payments, and general inquiries.

• Address parent concerns and provide necessary support.

SOPs, Guidebooks & Handbooks

• Develop and maintain administrative SOPs, employee guidebooks, and student handbooks.

E-Invoicing & Digital Documentation

• Implement and manage electronic invoicing systems for smooth transactions.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for compliance purposes.
