Responsibilities
Location: Islandwide Singapore (Multiple Locations Available)
Attire: Black Top, Black/Blue Pants with covered shoes
Working Hours
- AM Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (45-minute unpaid break)
- PM Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the redemption process at designated vending machines.
- Guide users on how to operate the vending machines and complete their redemptions.
- Attend to general enquiries and provide assistance where necessary.
- Assist those who require additional support.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish vending machines when stocks are running low.
- Report machine malfunctions, stock shortages or operational issues such as long queues or overcrowding to the supervisor.
- Ensure a smooth and orderly redemption experience.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Friendly, approachable and service-oriented.
- Able to communicate clearly.
- Must be comfortable with prolonged standing throughout the assigned shift.
- Able to perform light physical duties, including replenishment of vending machine stocks.
- Comfortable interacting with people.
- Responsible, punctual and committed to assigned shifts.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- No prior experience required. Briefing and guidance will be provided.
- Available for activation within short notice (1 to 2 days)
