Full Time Assistant Academic Administrator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,700 in SINGAPORE RAFFLES MUSIC COLLEGE PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Singapore Raffles Music College (SRMC) is looking for an Assistant Academic Administrator to provide daily administrative support to the Academic Manager and Academic Department, including follow-up on students' academic matters under the guidance of the Academic Manager. You will work closely with the Academic Manager to achieve the department goals, and be part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment as the college strives for academic transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing meeting documents, taking minutes and maintaining records of official academic meetings

Support communication and coordination with external agencies, organizations and academic partners

Assist in preparing teaching schedules and coordinating classrooms, lecturers and other academic resources

Provide administrative support for assessments and examinations, including preparing documents, maintaining assessment records and coordinating submission deadlines

Assist with communications and arrangements involving external examiners, appeals, moderation and assessment processes

Support the preparation and coordination of Joint Assessment Board meetings with university partners

Maintain the proper filing, storage, accuracy, confidentiality and security of academic documents and student records

Assist in administering student and lecturer surveys, compiling the data collected and preparing basic summaries or reports

Provide administrative support for lecturer deployment, scheduling, documentation and follow-up matters

Monitor and follow up with students on attendance, assignment submissions, academic progress and other academic requirement

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE O Levels and other relevant qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Positive and willing to learn, with a proactive attitude towards supporting daily operations and activities

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage administrative tasks and follow up on assigned matters

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, staff and people from diverse backgrounds

Responsible and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Teams and Zoom will be an advantage

Able to work independently as well as in a team, with good time management and follow-up skills

An interest or basic understanding of Music and Arts will be an advantage, but is not required
