Responsibilities
- Assist Digital Partnership in achieving the business objectives, sustainable growth and profitability by providing excellent Business/Marketing Support to all Business Partners and their customers; including but not limited to enquiries handling, claims support, credit control and ensuring renewal/new business documentations.
- Operational Support: Assist the team members with day-to-day operational task, including processing customer and partner enquiries, supporting claims handling, and assisting with credit control records. Complete operational tasks accurately and deliver the task within the required timeline.
- Workflow Management: Track and update operational tasks regularly to ensure service standards are met and compliance with internal workflow/SLA is maintained.
- Currently pursuing a degree in any field
- Good communicative skills -written & oral
- Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint
