Position Objective and Summary
Conduct daily plant inspections to identifyoperational and equipment issues, and develop maintenance and improvementplans.
Coordinate implementation, monitor work progress, andensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Main tasks /Activities / Responsibilities
Conduct regular plant inspections to identify equipment defects,maintenance needs, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.
Conduct weekly meetings with plant supervisors to understand operationalchallenges, discuss equipment and maintenance issues, and identify requiredactions.
Develop and schedule preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, andmodification works based on plant requirements and priorities.
Develop practical technical solutions and improvement proposals,including cost estimates, resource requirements, and implementation plans.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, suppliers, andcontractors to arrange and implement planned works.
Monitor work progress, follow up on outstanding issues, resolvecoordination problems, and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
Maintain inspection records, maintenance schedules, improvement plans,and project tracking lists. Provide regular progress updates to management.
Ensure maintenance, repair, and improvement activities comply withcompany safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
Support equipment installation, commissioning,and other related tasks assigned by management.
Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)
Diploma or Degree inMechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
Candidates with 5 years or more of relevantexperience in industrial plant operations, equipment maintenance, orengineering project coordination will be preferred.
Ability to identify equipmentissues and develop practical technical solutions.
Strong planning, coordination,communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and technical reporting.
