Full Time Supervisor (Visitor Service | Work in Hospital Environment) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in UEMS SOLUTIONS PTE LTD Northwest (Singapore) - Maukerja

Working Hours: 5 days week, including weekends and PH; 9:00am to 6:00pm / 11:00am to 8:00pm

Job Description:

a) Oversee the operations for Visitor Management Services and plan weekly duty roster as well as manage the deployment of staff in accordance to company's guidelines, procedures and policies

b) Oversee and monitor performance of staff to ensure service levels are met

c) Manage resources including manpower, equipment and supplies in daily operation

d) Handle complaints/ feedback and resolve issues by performing service recovery. To escalate to Superior when need arises

e) Investigate causes of discrepancies and complaints and to take corrective actions

f) Disseminate operational updates/ information to staff promptly and accurately

g) Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and refresher training programs

h) To perform temperature taking and other data collection as and when required by the Company

i) To operate and manage work areas required as per the role of a Visitor Service Associate in the event of a shortage of staff

j) Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Superior



Requirements:

Diploma in relevant field
3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or related field
Must have prior supervisory experience
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Customer service-oriented
Only Singaporeans
