What You Will Be Doing:
Facilitate various projects, tenders, AEI business case.
Managing vendors not limited to IFM, BMS, FSA service providers.
Ensure timely workshop completion and follow-up with the building inspections.
Technical support and guidance to the team.
Ready to provide support on flexible hours or beyond regular hours.
Key Success for This Role:
Degree in Civil, M&E or related engineering course.
Good to have Fire Safety Management certificate.
Experience with renovations, remodelling projects in large scale infrastructure and building.
