Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly and proactive team member to support our Shop Manager and daily digital printing operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in customers
Reply to WhatsApp and customer enquiries
Understand customers’ printing needs and assist with their orders
Check and follow up on production schedules
Coordinate jobs with the production team
Follow up on artwork, printing, completion and collection
Support the Shop Manager to ensure smooth daily workflow
What we are looking for:
Friendly, positive and enjoys meeting people
Proactive and willing to learn
Responsible and organised
Able to handle several jobs at the same time
Good communication and customer service skills
Digital printing experience is an advantage
Graphic design / Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop knowledge is an advantage
Training will be provided. We welcome candidates with a good attitude who enjoy working with customers and as part of a team.
