Job Responsibilities:

·       Manage a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing personalized credit card servicing and lifestyle management to drive engagement and spending.

·       Acquire new affluent customers and deliver tailored account management and concierge services.

·       Develop merchant partnerships and exclusive lifestyle privileges to enhance customer experiences.

·       Support product development and initiatives to achieve business and product KPIs.

·       Act as the product ambassador, driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

·       Collaborate with product, marketing, relationship management, and customer service teams to enhance the client journey.

·       Manage external vendors, coordinate client events, and oversee bespoke lifestyle requests and logistics.

·       Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards while managing operational risks.

·       Any other adhoc projects/duties as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
