Job Responsibilities:

• Remove bones, skin and scales while minimizing wastage.
• Cut, fillet and portion fish according to customer orders.
• Operate knives, saws and fish processing equipment safely.
• Check fish quality and freshness.
• Pack and store processed fish properly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist with stock control and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Permanent night shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a cold/frozen seafood environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in fish cutting, seafood or meat processing is advantageous.
• Singaporeans are welcome.
