Job Summary
Oishi Manufacturing seeks a Senior Accountant to independently manage monthly accounts preparation and annual filings, supporting business growth through accurate financial reporting and oversight.
Responsibilities
Prepare general ledger entries and compile monthly financial reports to ensure accurate accounting records
Maintain accounts payable records and supervise accounts receivable staff to optimize cash flow management
Manage cash flow and develop financial forecasts to support operational planning
Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts to guide business decisions
Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Required competencies and certifications
Degree or diploma with an accounting certificate
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience handling full-spectrum financial accounting and reporting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience using ERP systems to enhance financial processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration
Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
Since 2003 , Oishi Manufacturing Pte Ltd produces and distributes ice cream, gelato, waffle mixes, softserve pre-mixes and related equipent to QSR chains, hotels, cafes chains, western restaurants, japanese restaurants, multiple chain stores, ship supplies, food distributors, wholesalers & dealers in singapore and regionally. Our production facility comprises 18,000 sqft with multiple production lines. Halal certified and BRCGS / FSSC 22000 accredited. We are a sales driven business underpinned by sold R&D capabilities.
