Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Technical Services Manager to lead our technical operations and engineering support teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle management of our technical assets and infrastructure. You will drive operational excellence, lead a team of engineers/technicians, and ensure seamless service delivery that meets both client SLAs and local regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance: Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for critical technical systems and infrastructure.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of technical specialists, engineers, and technicians to ensure high performance and round-the-clock operational readiness.
• Incident & Problem Management: Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, leading root-cause analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors and contractors to ensure service delivery complies with contractual agreements.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all technical operations comply with Singapore regulatory frameworks (e.g., BCA, NEA, MOM) and strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
• Financial Management: Manage the technical services budget, optimizing operational expenditures (OpEx) and contributing to capital expenditure (CapEx) planning.

Pay: $6,500.00 - $85,000.00 per month
