About the Role

As a Senior Executive, you'll own a defined area of the operation from start to finish. You'll resolve complex cases with limited guidance, share your expertise with teammates and lead improvements for the team. This is an individual contributor role, so you'll influence through expertise and evidence, not through managing people.

What You'll Do

Payment operations

• Monitor payment flows and gateway service status
• Carry out operational checks and reconciliations, and make sound recommendations on complex cases
• Take ownership of difficult cases and help the team keep complete transaction and incident records

Incident and exception management

• Investigate failed, delayed or mismatched transactions
• Work with internal teams and payment providers to get issues resolved
• Escalate material incidents with clear evidence and impact assessment
• Share what you learn from difficult cases with your colleagues

Partner coordination

• Manage day-to-day operational communication with payment partners
• Track provider actions and service dependencies
• Support partner onboarding and change activities

Controls and optimisation

• Apply payment controls and operating procedures
• Analyse recurring transaction issues and find the root cause
• Improve monitoring, reconciliation and service reliability across the team

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Technology or a related field
• Experience in payments, fintech, banking operations or transaction support is an advantage

Pay: Up to RM25,000.00 per month
