Full Time IT SPECIALIST (ERP) Jobs, in EEW MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. - Maukerja

Task, Responsibility and Authority

1.      Involve in meeting, requirement study, planning, presenting, developing, deploying, maintaining and administrating company’s ERP System.

2.      Interact with all levels of users to ensure successful of ERP System’s implementation.

3.      Evaluate and propose enhancement and upgrading for continuous improvement.

4.      Responsible for 24/7 ERP System’s up-time, accessibility and availability including all related hardware and facilities use by ERP users.

5.      Managing daily and monthly database backup, restore and Test Server preparation (when required).

6.      Responsible for ERP System’s technical document writing and updating.

7.      Prompt response to resolve all ERP System’s issue by providing on-site as well as remote support.

8.      Perform error simulation in dedicated Test Server when necessary to provide precise solution to user.

9.      Interact with ERP Consultant for problem troubleshooting and Change Request (CR).

10.  Responsible to perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) with consultant, stakeholders and obtain the sign-off prior to deployment in Live Server.

11.  Responsible for ERP System’s report creation and customization.

12.  Actively perform prevention measures such as data analysis, validation and SQL queries to minimize and eliminate system’s error.

13.  Perform regular SQL Database maintenance and health check.

14.  Immediately inform superior for any critical issues that can cause ERP System fail to operate.

15.  Any other related task assign by the superior from time to time.

16.  Adhere to Integrated Management System’s (Quality Management, HSE Management and Energy Management) requirement.

Requirements

1.      Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

2.      Minimum 3 years of working experience in any ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central 365 will be an advantage).

3.      Preferably Executive level specializing in ERP System with hands-on experience (involved in project management and project implementation will be an advantage).

4.      Experienced in report development and customization (Jet Reports will be an advantage).

5.      Posses strong technical problem solving skills for end user’s support.

6.      Basic programming skills.

7.      Good team player and end user’s oriented.

8.      Able to work with very minimum supervision/independently.

9.      Self-motivated, detail oriented, resourceful, passionate and responsible.
