Job Scope
• Provide skincare consultations and product recommendations
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock displays
• Support the team in achieving sales targets


Requirements
• Passionate about beauty and skincare
• Friendly, outgoing and customer-focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and confident engaging customers
• Retail, promoter, beauty advisor or customer service experience is an advantage
• Able to work independently and in a team
