The Opportunity

• Join a globally established organization specializing in cold-chain and transport refrigeration solutions.

• 1-year contract with potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

• Fixed work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:42am to 5:00pm.

• Transportation provided.

The Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems.

• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or facilities operations is advantageous.

• Able to support overtime requirements when necessary.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

The Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to support operational requirements.

• Monitor maintenance expenses and prepare reports

• Liaise with vendors on service schedules, quotations, and performance follow-up.

• Manage procurement processes, including RFQs, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing through relevant systems.

• Verify service completion, deliveries, and maintenance records for accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain spare parts inventory, tools, and store documentation while supporting workplace safety standards.
