Summary

• Basic $2500
• AWS, 14 Annual Leave
• Mon-Fri 10am-7pm
• Location: Clarke Quay

Responsibilities

• Managed high volumes of customer enquiries across phone calls, online platforms, and social media, handling complaints and feedback professionally.
• Scheduled customer appointments, resolved issues promptly, and escalated complex cases to relevant teams.
• Maintained high customer satisfaction and service standards in line with company KPIs.
• Managed daily e-commerce orders, responded to customer emails, arranged parcel packing and delivery, and coordinated stock and lens arrangements with laboratories and retail outlets.
• Monitored daily sales records to ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting.
• Liaised with customers via email and messaging platforms to obtain updated prescriptions and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
