Job Summary

C2C ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (SGP) is seeking a motivated and analytical Organizational Development Consultant to help organisations improve workplace effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance. The successful candidate will work with clients and internal stakeholders to assess organisational needs, develop improvement strategies, and support the implementation of people and organisational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess organisational structures, workplace processes, and development needs.
• Work with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations for organisational effectiveness, change management, and employee engagement.
• Support the design and implementation of organisational development programmes.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and planning sessions where appropriate.
• Assist with leadership development, talent development, and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Analyse feedback, survey results, and relevant business information to identify trends.
• Prepare reports, presentations, project plans, and recommendations for clients.
• Monitor project progress and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in organisational development, human resources, consulting, or change management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good presentation, facilitation, and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
