Your impact

The Project Controls individual is responsible for project cost control, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance monitoring across engineering and consultancy projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Finance teams, the role ensures projects are delivered within budget and project financial performance is accurately tracked and reported.



Key Responsibilities



  • Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and forecasts.
  • Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
  • Perform variance analysis and support monthly project reviews.
  • Maintain accurate project financial records and reporting.
  • Support change management, invoicing, revenue tracking, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with project controls processes and governance requirements.
  • Support Project Managers with cost and performance insights across multiple projects.
  • supporting budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and project financial management.

Here's what you'll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.


Experience

  • 4-7 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Control, Project Accounting, or Project Finance.
  • Experience within engineering consultancy, construction, infrastructure, or data center environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and project financial management.
  • Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent, Power BI (advantageous)
  • Cost management systems such as AutoPAP or CSP (advantageous)
