Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,200 in TOPZONE E&C PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documentation.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements for BQ and cost planning purposes.
• Prepare and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Liaise and negotiate with internal departments, clients, consultants, and subcontractors on progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements.
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control
• Attend site visits and project meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and related documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Must be computer literate.
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good teamwork.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
