Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead Project Delivery – Plan, coordinate, and oversee field service projects to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and successful project outcomes.
- Manage Field Team – Lead, guide, and support field engineers, ensuring productivity, service quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Plan Resources – Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet project demands and operational requirements.
- Engage Stakeholders – Serve as the primary liaison with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, providing project updates and resolving escalations.
- Drive Service Excellence – Monitor project progress, SLA performance, and service quality while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct Project Audits – Perform site visits and project reviews to ensure compliance with project scope, quality standards, and operational requirements.
- Develop Team Capability – Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen technical skills and overall team performance.
- Manage Assets & Inventory – Oversee company assets and project inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, stock control, and compliance with company policies.
- Support Operational Reporting – Prepare project reports, analyse performance metrics, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure or project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects, overseeing timelines, and leading teams.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, project management methodologies, and field service operations.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage resources effectively and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
